We know that physical symptoms mean something is not right with our body and require attention. We identify our symptoms, seek medical advice or intervention and find ways to take care of ourselves.

When it comes to a downgrade in our mental health, we often don’t know what’s going on, how to think about it or what to do. We can be hesitant to even acknowledge it. We fear what it means about us and the judgement of others. Most of us will not seek help.

As human beings, we are vulnerable in our bodies and minds.

It’s time for a paradigm shift in our relationship with ourselves.
