Good mental health is an everyday need. I help people see how their thoughts and actions can get in the way of healthy living.

Patients come for support with depression, anxiety, addiction, difficult life choices and a deeper understanding of how to live well. I work from an integrated approach that includes cognitive behavioral and brief therapy, with a focus on mindfulness.

As a therapist, I am open, honest, challenging and non-judgmental. Working together, you will learn meaningful, practical skills and expand your natural capacities to thrive.

My offices are located in Manhattan and downtown Brooklyn:

211 E. 43rd Street
7th Floor
New York, NY 10017

26 Court Street
Suite 1911
Brooklyn, NY 11242

Contact me for a brief, complimentary consultation.

I look forward to meeting you.

Please note I will be away from 5/7-5/13.
