Friends, relatives, and even just people I meet for the first time, ask if the strange things they do mean they’re crazy.

Generally, these questions are about behavior people don’t mind revealing. Anything more vulnerable about our mental health, we don’t want to share.

But, if you are doing or experiencing something that doesn’t allow you to live in a comfortable or sane way; if life has become unmanageable, lacks enjoyment or hope for the future; if you don’t see a way to change or resolve, either the cause or the experience of your stress and this has gone on for a while, get professional help.

The best way through anxiety and depression is (psycho)therapy.

It’s not for crazy people and is growingly available.
